All project photos are representations. Your actual home service or project will vary from example photos. Please remember, every home is unique with unique characteristics just as each home owner has their own individual tastes and project goals.

Any projects that are solely organized, designed, fabricated and completed by XYZHOMESERVICES.com and fall under this guarantee of workmanship. XYZHOMESERVICES.com and Synergy Business Works Inc. provides a one year craftsmanship warranty on any of the aforementioned services or projects. This warranty is ONLY applicable to issues directly related to our craftsmanship.
This does NOT cover components, parts or wear & tear items or other misuse out of our control. Any service projects which have been further modified, neglected, altered or otherwise changed from how they were originally completed by XYZHOMESERVICES.com do not fall under our guarantee of workmanship or any applicable warranties. No payments, refunds or reimbursements will be made for any type of work performed by another company other than XYZHOMESERVICES.com
Payments, Deposits & Invoices:
A deposit may be required before a project is started, depending on the size and scope of the project as well as any materials and supplies that may be needed. Payment in full, or any remaining project balance, is due at the time of project, service or work completion. Payment forms accepted are Cash, Charge (via our Stripe/Square processor) or via Check (with proper ID). For certain deposits we can also accept Venmo. Payments are considered past due if not paid in full within 30 days from the service or project completion date.
Project & Service Waivers:
Before starting any service or projects on your home, we will require a simple basic liability waiver to be signed. This protects us and you while we work within or around your home.
Refunds:
Refunds of any kind will NOT have the payment processing fee returned – this policy is enforced. The payment processor keeps their fee no matter what which we are unable to refund.
Projects & Privacy Information:
XYZHOMESERVICES.com takes our customers privacy and information very seriously. XYZHOMESERVICES.com does NOT collect or process Credit Card information through our website. XYZHOMESERVICES.com does NOT share, sell or re-distribute our customer information. All personal and financial information is transferred safe with our Secure Site Connection via SSL.
